Information for Users in Russia

Overview
Cisco Meraki products and services are available in Russia. This article provides information about elements of personal data being processed by Meraki outside of Russia when the Meraki Dashboard web interface is used for registration, authentication and authorization of end users. Methods for customers to store such data in Russia is discussed below. Please note that customers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including any data security or privacy laws.

Personal data
Meraki processes username and email address of authenticated users when you enable certain features in the Meraki Dashboard. Below is a list of such features as of the publishing date of this article. Note, in all cases where a feature in Dashboard will result in the collection of this personal data, customers in Russia will be notified within Dashboard before enabling such feature.

Customer data is processed in the Dashboard region you select when you establish your Meraki Dashboard account (more information here). Customers can store data within their own servers in Russia by leveraging APIs provided by Cisco Meraki.

Meraki Support - Russian Language availability
Meraki provides technical support in Russian on a best-effort basis during Moscow Standard Time 9:00am - 6:00pm. Outside of these hours or when our Russian-speaking engineers are engaged with other customers, Meraki can support in English, or offer a callback option.
