How to Change a Dashboard Account's Username or Email
Overview
This article explains how to change a Meraki dashboard account's displayed username and email address. When users are added to dashboard as Network or Organization administrators, they can modify the displayed name if desired. Users can also update the email address associated with the account. When a user changes the email address, dashboard sends a verification email to the new address before applying the change.
For more information about the Network and Organization administrative roles, refer to Managing dashboard Administrators and Permissions.

Troubleshooting
If an administrator email is used to log in to multiple dashboard organizations, changing an admin email using the steps above applies only to the organization where you made the change.
Disable two-factor authentication (2FA) before changing the email address. If you change the email address without first disabling 2FA, you may be unable to log in.
