Query Windows Registry

Use the Query Windows Registry activity to read information from Windows registry keys.

Complete the following properties to use this activity:

Windows - Specify the following information or click the Variable Reference icon to choose a variable:
- Registry Hive - Click the drop-down list and choose the name of the hive that contains the registry key.
- Registry Key Path - Enter the path to the registry key.
- Check for Key Existence Only - Choose True or False from the drop-down list to query the registry to determine whether the key exists.
- Value Name - Enter the value associated with the specified registry key.
