In order to receive enterprise features and support, an organization must have active (non-expired) licensing.
If when entering a license key under Organization > License info, the error "License XXXX-XXXX-XXXX has already been claimed" is displayed, verify that you haven't already added the license to your organization. If the license isn't already listed on the License Info page, verify that it hasn't already been applied to one of your other organizations (if applicable). If unsure where the license has been applied, or it needs to be moved, open a case with Cisco Meraki Support under Help > Cases. Be sure to include the license key in the description of the case.
Meraki Support cannot disclose the license owner and current location if you are not an admin of the organization in which it is claimed.
