Changing a Dashboard Account's Username

When users are added to Dashboard as Network or Organization administrators, the displayed name can be modified if desired. For more information about these two administrative roles, click here.

  1. Log in to Dashboard with the user email account.
  2. Click on the My profile link located at the upper-right corner of the Dashboard.
  3. Click 'View your account settings' under Your account.
  4. Modify the Name field as desired.
  5. Click Update.

Changing a Dashboard Account's Email

When users are added to the dashboard, there may be instances where the user needs to modify the email address. When the user changes the email address, an email will be sent to the new address for verification.

  1. Log in to Dashboard with the user email account.
  2. Click on the My profile link located at the upper-right corner of the Dashboard.
  3. Navigate to Your email address
  4. Enter your new email address.
  5. Click on Change email
  6. Enter your Password for verification
  7. Click Verify.
  8. A confirmation email will be sent to the New Email Address. Follow the steps in the email to confirm the new email address. The email will not be changed until this step is completed.
  9. Once verified, user will be able to login with new email address. Note: The password remains the same for the new email address. Password can be changed under My profile > Change your password
