Static Multicast Forwarding
This feature is available on the Security & SD-WAN > Firewall page. It can be used to forward multicast traffic across configured VLANS.
Multicast traffic is only forwarded between VLANs, not VPN
Static Multicast Configuration
Any packet matching the multicast IP address rule on a VLAN will be forwarded to all other configured VLANs.
Static Multicast API (requires 19.1+ firmware)
Static Multicast forwarding can be configured via the API on firmware version 19.1 and later. Please contact Cisco Meraki Support to have this feature enabled.

Existing rules can be confirmed via API using the getOrganizationApplianceFirewallMulticastForwardingByNetwork call and filtering the results with the networkIds parameter.
