Delete a Run

Delete a Run

In some cases you may want to delete the data for some of your runs, particularly if you are testing new workflows in your environment. You can delete a single run or multiple runs that are displayed on the Run Monitoring page.

Delete a Single Run

To delete a single run, click the Options () menu of the run you want to delete in the Actions column and choose Delete.

When the delete action completes successfully, a green success box is displayed at the top of the page.

Delete Multiple Runs

Perform the following steps to delete multiple runs:

  1. Choose Automation > Run Monitoring in the navigation menu.

  2. Check the check boxes for the runs you want to delete.

    Note: To delete all listed runs, check the check box in the column heading to check all the listed runs.

  3. Click the Options () menu in the upper right, next to the number of runs selected.

  4. Choose Delete.

  5. On the Delete confirmation dialog box, click Yes to delete the run data or click No to cancel and retain the data.

    When the delete action completes successfully, a green success message is displayed at the top of the page.
