NetBox Credentials

To enable Workflows to interact with NetBox, you must provide credentials in the form of an API token. This API token allows automation workflows to authenticate and execute tasks on NetBox.

Use NetBox Credentials account keys with NetBox workflow activities and NetBox targets.

Procedure
Complete the following steps to create a new NetBox Credentials account key:

1. From the left navigation menu, click Automation > Account Keys.

2. Click New Account Key.

3. From the Account Key Type drop-down list, choose NetBox API Token.

4. Enter a unique display name for the account key in the Display Name field and a brief description in the Description field.

5. In the Credentials area, specify the following:

   • API Token: Enter your NetBox API token.

6. Click Submit.
