Cisco Meraki India Region

This article outlines the Cisco Meraki India Region, emphasizing centralized control, local data storage, and enhanced privacy for users in India. It provides details on supported products, creating organizations, accessing the India Region Dashboard, and migrating existing setups, offering a comprehensive guide for seamless network management.

Cisco Meraki provides centralized visibility and control over your Meraki wired and wireless networking hardware: without the cost and complexity of wireless controllers or overlay management systems. The Cisco Meraki India Region extends the same powerful service to our customers in India who wish to store their data locally. The Cisco Meraki India Region is supported on data centers of a cloud service provider empaneled by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, and offers data protection, privacy, and security while enabling customers to securely protect their data.

Availability

Cisco Meraki India Region is launching Early Access release for our customers in India. The goal for this launch is for our customers to provide feedback on overall functionality and performance. During Early Access, the supported products and functionalities are listed in the next section.

However, during this Early Access release, bugs may still be present and ongoing enhancements will be deployed. Customers are advised to treat this release as a "beta" version and take care when deploying in production networks. The India region is fully supported by Meraki Support and Engineering teams.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are normal Meraki Admin accounts shared with India admin accounts? Can I see my India organizations and non-India organizations in Global Overview/MSP portal with the same login?

No. The accounts created on the India dashboard are totally separate from non-India accounts and do not cross over or share any information or org membership information. Global Overview/MSP portal only supports for organization within the India region, but not across with the other regions.
