Dashboard Access Restricted Due to IP Address Geolocation

 

Access to the Cisco Meraki Dashboard is prohibited from some countries by United States law. Attempting to access the Dashboard from an IP address determined to be in one of these countries will result in an Access Restricted message.

Access to the Cisco Meraki Dashboard from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or Crimea is prohibited by United States law. Access to the Cisco Meraki Dashboard from Russia and Belarus is not permitted pursuant to Cisco's decision to stop business operations in these countries. If you are trying to access Dashboard from outside those countries/regions and you believe you are seeing this message in error, please contact Cisco Meraki Support at meraki-eca-policies@cisco.com."


Meraki utilizes third-parties for geolocation services. If you receive an access restricted message that you believe is based on erroneous location information, please contact Meraki Support for assistance. 

Note: Devices in restricted countries and regions should also not be expected to operate online and connect to the Meraki cloud.
