Why do I need to complete a form with case information before being connected to phone support?

Providing your case information ensures that you are routed to the most appropriate support engineer. This pre-call information helps our support team understand your issue more quickly, leading to a faster and more efficient resolution. Whether you are creating a new case or following up on an existing one, this streamlined process will make your support experience as low effort as possible.

What is the benefit of using the “Call Me Now” feature and selecting the “Request a phone call” option on the Live Phone Support form instead of calling in myself?

Requesting a phone call allows you to skip the phone menu prompts and get connected to phone support faster than calling in yourself. Additionally, providing case details before connecting with phone support helps our Support team understand your issue and assign the most appropriate engineer for your case.

When will I receive a call back from Meraki support after submitting my request?

After submitting the “Request a Phone Call” request, you will receive an immediate call from Meraki Support to be put into the phone queue to await for the next available Support Engineer.

Can I call support back at the same number I received a call from?

Sorry, this is not supported. Do not call back the number that called you using the “Call Me Now” feature. Those phone numbers are outbound only and are not monitored. You can Refer to the numbers provided on the Meraki Dashboard  or go to our website for numbers to use when calling Meraki Support directly.

What number should I expect a call back from?

After submitting your request for a call, you will get a confirmation message on the dashboard noting which number to expect a call from.

What do I do if I do not get called back after submitting the request?

If you do not receive a call within 60 seconds of submitting the “Live Phone Support” request form after selecting the “Request a Phone Call” option, please call us at the number provided on the confirmation page. Or refer to the numbers provided on the Meraki Dashboard  or go to our website for numbers to use in calling Meraki Support directly.

Can I still call Meraki Support on my own or do I have to “Request a Phone Call” to be called back?

You can still call Meraki Support directly. You can select “Call In” on the “Live Phone Support” form and you will be presented with the appropriate call in number upon submission.

Is there a way to schedule a callback?

Currently all callbacks will occur immediately after submitting the request and cannot be scheduled for a later time.

As a customer, what if I have a critical issue and I want to call-in right away?

Using the “Call Me Now” feature will connect you to phone support faster by allowing you to skip the phone prompts and providing your case information before connecting to phone support ensures that you are routed to the most appropriate support engineer. But if you prefer to call us directly you can select “Call In” on the “Click To Call” form or refer to the Meraki Dashboard  or go to our website for numbers to use in calling Meraki Support directly.
