Credit Hub: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) Guide

This article is a quick reference guide for frequently asked questions (FAQs) about Credit Hub.
What is Credit Hub?

Credit Hub is a dashboard marketplace where customers use credits to purchase MT sensors. It is available only to customers with the MR Advantage Subscription Wireless license (LIC-MR-A). Customers can access Credit Hub under the Sensors > Configure > Credit Hub menu. Credits are allocated based on the number and term of the subscription license purchased. Credit Hub is available exclusively for US customers.

What licensing model is supported for Credit Hub?

Credit Hub is available only on the MR Advantage Subscription Wireless license (LIC-MR-A).

How are credits accrued and redeemed?

The number of credits depends on the licenses purchased and the license term. Review the table below to determine the initial credits provided.

  • Credits are accrued after an active LIC-MR-A is bound to a network. These credits can only be redeemed in Credit Hub for MT Sensors.

What regions are supported for Credit Hub?

Credit Hub is only available in the US. MT sensors redeemed using credits can only be shipped to a US address.

Support for other regions will be expanded in future releases.

What happens if an organization has multiple subscriptions (where each network has a different subscription)?

An organization with multiple subscriptions will receive the total sum of credits across all subscription terms.

Who can access Credit Hub?

Full Organization permissions are required to redeem credits for MT Sensors.

How does this affect my MT licenses?

Every purchase of LIC-MR-A automatically includes 1 free MT subscription license. The license (LIC-MT-E-INCL) is included as a line item in the CCW order. This can also be confirmed under Organization > Configure > Subscription and License Info

What happens to Credits & to free MT licenses provided with LIC-MR-A when a subscription expires?

When a subscription expires, any remaining credits will expire at the same time. The free MT license will also expire. Renewing the subscription will provide credits for the full term and renew the free licenses.

What Support will I receive for MT sensors redeemed via Credit Hub?

The MT sensor redeemed via Credit Hub is treated as a regular sensor. It receives the same support and warranty period as other MT sensors.

What happens to unused credits if I don’t renew my subscription?

Unused credits are forfeited when the license expires. To continue using Credit Hub and receive a new allocation of credits, renew the MR Advantage Wireless Subscription license.

Can I purchase more credits separately?

No. Credits are linked to the MR Advantage Wireless Subscription license and cannot be purchased separately.

Are credits shared across multiple subscriptions?

Credits are allocated based on the number of licenses purchased. For multiple licenses, the total credits equal the sum of all allocations.

How do I know how many credits I need for a specific sensor?

Each sensor in the Credit Hub marketplace displays the number of credits required for purchase.

Can I return sensors and get my credits back?

Sensors ordered through Credit Hub cannot be returned. Once an order is fulfilled, returns are not allowed. If a sensor is redeemed in error, contact Support within 14 days of placing the order to update or cancel it.
