Credit Hub: Quick Start Guide

This article provides detailed guidance on accessing and managing credits in the Meraki Dashboard, including redeeming credits, placing orders, and tracking shipments.

Overview

Credit Hub is an integrated marketplace within the Meraki dashboard, designed to simplify the process of ordering Meraki MT sensors. Exclusively available with the MR Advantage Wireless Subscription license, Credit Hub allows you to use "Credits" (received upon purchasing the MR Advantage Wireless Subscription license) to acquire MT sensors.

Prerequisites

Active MR Advantage Wireless Subscription license.

Access and Manage Credits in the Meraki Dashboard

To manage credits in the Meraki Dashboard, users can access the Credit Hub by navigating to the Sensors menu and selecting the Redeem option under the Configure pane. The Credit Hub dashboard allows users to view their current credit balance. Users can browse available MT sensors in the marketplace, noting the credit cost for each, and place orders by adding sensors to their cart, reviewing the order, and providing delivery information (limited to US addresses). Credits are deducted at checkout, and unused credits expire at the end of the subscription term. Orders can be tracked on the Shipments page, with shipping confirmation emailed within 7 days. For updates, users can contact support if needed.

Accessing Credit Hub

To access Credit Hub, navigate to the Meraki Dashboard, go to the Sensors menu, and find the "Redeem" option under the Configure pane.

Viewing Credits

Check your current credit balance on the Credit Hub dashboard.

Browsing MT Sensors

Explore the available MT sensors in the marketplace and note the credit cost for each sensor.

Placing Order

Add desired sensors to your cart, review the order, and proceed to checkout. 

  • Initially, orders are accepted only with a US delivery address.
  • Ensure the address is entered correctly. Shipping information cannot be updated in the UI. For any changes, contact Support within 7 days of placing the order.
  • The required credits will be deducted from your balance at the time of checkout.

Tracking Shipments

Monitor your order status in the Shipments page. Shipping confirmation will be emailed to you.

  • Unused credits expire at the end of your subscription term.
  • Allow up to 7 days for shipping confirmation to be generated. Contact support for shipping updates after 7 days of creating the order.
