Credit Hub: User Guide

This article provides detailed guidance on accessing, managing, and utilizing the Credit Hub in the Meraki Dashboard, specifically for purchasing MT sensors using credits tied to the MR Advantage Wireless Subscription license.

Credit Hub

Credit Hub is a dashboard marketplace where customers use credits to purchase MT sensors. It is available only to customers with the MR Advantage Subscription Wireless license (LIC-MR-A). Customers can access Credit Hub under the Sensors > Shipping menu. Credits are allocated based on the number and term of the subscription license purchased. Credit Hub is available exclusively for US customers.

Access and Manage Credits in the Meraki Dashboard

To manage credits in the Meraki Dashboard, users can access the Credit Hub by navigating to the Sensors menu and selecting the Redeem option under the Configure pane. The Credit Hub dashboard allows users to view their current credit balance. Users can browse available MT sensors in the marketplace, noting the credit cost for each, and place orders by adding sensors to their cart, reviewing the order, and providing delivery information (limited to US addresses). Credits are deducted at checkout, and unused credits expire at the end of the subscription term. Orders can be tracked on the Shipments page, with shipping confirmation emailed within 7 days. For updates, users can contact support if needed.

Renewing Licenses and Credit Expiration

  • Unused credits expire at the end of your MR Advantage Wireless Subscription term.
  • Upon renewal, a new set of credits is allocated based on the number of licenses and the subscription term.

Example: 10x 1-year MR Advantage Subscription License grants 100 credits. If 20 credits remain unused after 1 year and the subscription is renewed, the 20 credits are forfeited, and a new 100 credits are allocated.
