Setup Meraki Alerts in PagerDuty via Meraki Dashboard

Overview

The PagerDuty integration with Meraki enhances incident management by enabling Meraki alerts to trigger incidents in PagerDuty. This functionality supports quicker response times and improves the overall efficiency of handling incidents. When a Meraki webhook alert is generated, it can be sent directly to a PagerDuty service, which creates an incident that notifies the relevant on-call team and initiates automated escalation processes. Additionally, this integration offers the flexibility to establish custom notification rules and extend incident management workflows within the Meraki environment.
