Claimed License
To access enterprise features and support, an organization must have active (non-expired) licensing.
If you see the error "License XXXX-XXXX-XXXX has already been claimed" when entering a license key under Organization > License Info, follow these steps:
- Check if the license is already added to your organization.
- If the license is not listed on the License Info page, verify whether it has been applied to another organization you manage.
- If you are unsure where the license has been applied or need to move it, open a case with Cisco Meraki Support under Help > Cases. Include the license key in the case description.

Meraki Support cannot share the license owner or its current location if you are not an admin of the organization where it is claimed.
