About Workflows Access
Workflows can be accessed without any license and you do not need to be a Meraki customer to benefit from the value of Workflows.
The Workflows dashboard is integrated within the Meraki Dashboard and can be accessed by users in the US, EU, and APJC regions.
If you are in a commercial region (US, EU, APJC), the Automation menu will appear automatically if:
- You have Full Admin access (can perform all actions), or
- You have Observer access (read-only).
To get started:
- If you do not have a Meraki account, visit Select Region - Meraki Dashboard to create one.
- After creating your account, set up a network (even an empty network is sufficient). This enables the Automation menu.
Once your account is set up, log in to the Meraki Dashboard, navigate to the Automation section, and start using Workflows to automate tasks across Cisco Networking.
