ServiceNow Credentials

Overview

ServiceNow Credentials account keys allow you to securely authenticate and enable automation workflows with your ServiceNow instance. 

Procedure

Complete the following steps to create a new ServiceNow Credentials account key:

1. From the left navigation menu, click Automation > Targets.
2. From the Account Keys tab, click New account key.
3. On the New Account Key page, from the Account Key Type drop-down list, choose ServiceNow Credentials.
4. In the General section, enter a display name and description for the ServiceNow endpoint target.
5. In the Credentials section, enter the following details:

• Username: Enter your ServiceNow username.
• Password: Enter the password for your ServiceNow username.

6. Click Save.
