Overview
The Alert Configuration feature is the central location for managing alerts and notifications in the Cisco Meraki dashboard. You can enable or disable alerts, customize settings, mute notifications, and manage how you are notified across different channels.
You can set organization-wide alert preferences that apply to all networks, alert types, or notification channels, and schedules for when alerts are delivered or muted. You can also set schedules that control when the dashboard delivers or mutes alerts.
This is an organization-level configuration tool and as such requires organization admin rights
To open the Alert Configuration page, select Configure alerts on the Organization > Alerts page.

The Alert Configuration landing page shows all the available alerts and their respective settings. Begin your notification and configuration workflow on this page. The page contains three tabs:
- Organization Rules: Select the notification types you want and the destinations where the dashboard delivers them.
- Alert Profiles: Create groupings of alerts, networks, and recipients. The tab also contains the maintenance mode setting.
- Schedules: Define the day and time windows when the dashboard displays or mutes selected alerts.
To update or delete existing organization webhook receivers through the API endpoints, use the updateOrganizationWebhooksHttpServer and deleteOrganizationWebhooksHttpServer
