The domes are made of polycarbonate material and have a hard coating, making it UL-746C compliant.

  • How are MV Cameras recommended to be cleaned? Follow the 4 guidelines below.

    1. While cleaning, make sure you are only using a clean, dust-free cloth (chamois, microfiber cloth, optical cloth are all okay). Do not use chemical wipes as the material on these wipes typically leave streaks.

    2. As for the disinfectant liquid, we recommend water and dish soap. Isopropyl alcohol is also okay. Do not use any harsh cleaning liquid.

    3. Ensure you do not apply too much pressure on the dome while cleaning.

    4. 2 minutes of cleaning a day should be no problem.

  • Can all MV camera domes be cleaned the same way? Yes
