MV IP Assignment

Overview

The MV cameras relies on DHCP for its local IP assignment and does not support static IP assignment. If you would like to assign specific IPs to your MV cameras, please use your DHCP server to assign a DHCP reservation for the MVs (MAC address to IP assignment). 

If you are using a Meraki MX or MS as the upstream DHCP server, please consult this guide, to configure "Fixed IP assignments" else, please review your vendor specific guide on DHCP reservation/MAC address to IP assignments.
