October-December 2025

This page contains Workflows updates published from October to December 2025.

October 20, 2025

Cross-Region Workflow Availability

When a user submits a workflow and it is published by an admin in any of the three regions—US, Asia Pacific, or EU—the workflow will automatically be made available in the other two regions as well. This update ensures that tenants across all regions can access and benefit from published workflows, regardless of where they were initially published.
Similarly, if a new version of a workflow is updated and published in any region, the update will be automatically synchronized across all three regions, and users in each region will be notified that a new version is available.

For more information, see Exchange .

New Table Customization Options on the Workspace Page

You can now customize tables on the Workspace page using the new gear icon. This update lets you easily adjust table density, show or hide columns, and reorder columns to personalize your workflow view.

Enhanced JSONPath Query Options and Data Mapping

You can now set default values for your JSONPath query strings. By enabling this option, a specified default value will be returned if the query result is empty. This setting is optional and unselected by default. Additionally, the Java adapter’s JSONPath activity has been enhanced to support direct mapping of query results to custom array and object data types (such as string arrays, boolean arrays, int arrays, and custom objects arrays, custom objects). For more information, see JSONPath Query .

Explore and Install Automations with the New Exchange UI

Cisco Workflows now features the new Exchange UI, providing access to an expanding library of out-of-the-box workflows from Cisco, partners, and the community. Browse, install, and manage these workflows from within the Meraki dashboard to enhance your automation capabilities. For more information, see Exchange .

Read-Only Mode for Workflows

Workflows now provide a read-only mode. Users with the Org Observer role can view all content within the Workflows UI, while only Org Admins have permission to run or manage workflows. You can use this read-only mode to review run history and analyze workflows without making any changes.
